Sonadezi Giang Dien Shareholding Company - formerly known as Giang Dien Industrial Park Service Enterprise (the ‘Enterprise’) which was a branch of Sonadezi Corporation found in 2011.
Right after its establishment, the Enterprise was assigned to invest, develop, market and manage Giang Dien Industrial Park having total area of 529.2 hectares in Giang Dien Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province.
In 5-year operation, the Enterprise has gradually affirmed its prestige and role to customers, investors and partners as well as gained the trust and been assigned to manage the projects including Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, An Binh Residential Area and Sonadezi Building.
Functional Departments of the Enterprise consists of Business Department, Technical Department, Personnel & Adminitration Department and Accounting Department operated and co-ordinated effectively under the direct management of the Board of Directors, which enhanced the inherent strengths and accomplished remarkable achievements in production and business.
In order to further improve the organizational structure, on 1st July 2017, Sonadezi Giang Dien Shareholding Company was officially established; thereby concentrated available resources on key industries to deliver practical benefits to customers.
