From the beginning of the year to June 28th, 2020, Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority issued investment registration certificates for 40 new FDI projects with a total investment capital of 167,798,759 USD; 271 adjusted FDI projects, of which 53 projects made adjustments to increase capital with an increase of 479,074,288 USD; adjusted to reduce the capital of 1 project with the reduced capital of 9,950,000 USD; The total FDI attraction reached 636,927,047 USD. At the same time, granting investment registration certificates for 13 domestic projects with an investment capital of 1,085 billion VND, adjusting 14 domestic projects, including 01 project of increasing capital of 280 billion VND.
Through aggregated data, the situation of attracting foreign investment in Dong Nai Industrial parks in the first months of 2020 reaches 60% of the set target of 2020 (1.1 billion USD).
The majority of new projects in supporting industry (22/40) with registered capital of 121.3 million USD, accounting for 72.63% of the total newly registered capital; mostly rent factories to produce (18/22 projects renting factories).
